1. Services Overview
Okanefunds provides trading evaluation services that allow users (“Traders”) to demonstrate their trading skills in a simulated environment. Successful traders may be granted access to funded trading accounts under specific conditions.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

Not be located in a jurisdiction where such services are restricted
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Evaluation Accounts

All evaluation accounts are conducted in a demo (simulated) environment

Traders must comply with profit targets, drawdown limits, and trading rules

Any violation of rules may result in account termination
Passing the evaluation does not guarantee future profitability.
4. Funded (Master) Accounts

Upon successful completion of the evaluation, traders may receive access to a Master Account (live account)

Traders will be trading company-provided capital
-
Continued access is subject to compliance with all trading rules and risk management policies
We reserve the right to revoke access if rules are violated.
5. Profit Sharing & Payouts

Traders may receive a profit split (e.g., up to 70%), as specified in their plan

Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule

Profits may be adjusted in case of rule violations, system errors, or suspicious activity
6. Fees & Payments

Traders are required to pay a one-time evaluation fee

Payments can be made via:

Bank Wire Transfer

Cryptocurrency
-
All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase.
7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy

Abuse of refund policies or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:

Use of fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive trading strategies

Exploiting system errors, latency, or arbitrage in an unfair manner

Sharing accounts or using unauthorized third-party services

Providing false or misleading information
Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of profits.
